Freelance Outdoor Instructors
We are always keen to hear from enthusiastic, experienced freelance instructors who share our passion for delivering safe, engaging and inclusive outdoor experiences. If you hold relevant National Governing Body qualifications and have experience working with children, young people or community groups, we’d love to hear from you.
Whether your expertise is in paddlesports, climbing, hillwalking, archery, snorkelling, coasteering or other outdoor activities, we are continually looking to expand our network of trusted instructors. Please send us your CV along with details of your qualifications, experience and availability.
Volunteers
Volunteers play a vital role in helping us make adventure and the outdoors accessible to everyone. Whether you have a few hours each month or can support us more regularly, there are many ways to get involved.
From assisting at community events and supporting Blue Health activities to helping with environmental projects, maintenance, administration or fundraising, your time and skills can make a real difference. Volunteering with ACE is a great way to meet new people, develop new skills, gain experience and become part of a friendly team that is passionate about creating positive change in our communities.
