Our exciting new eight week program uses sensing and feeling. We will use meditation, breathing, basic yoga postures and combine this with climbing moves. You will learn mental skills to manage fear and anxiety, visualise goals, and maintain concentration through a moving meditation on our wall. Our experienced coach will guide you through the basic and more advance techniques. The course is suitable for all levels and abilities. You don’t need to be a climber as the idea of a traversing wall is you climb along, not up, so no ropes or harnesses are needed. This frees up movement making this a perfect combination of activities.
