Are you needing to find some direction in your life?

Our exciting new six-week program is an introductory holistic approach to finding balance in your life.

On this journey of health and well being we will submerse ourselves in a range of activities that will help you focus on finding your direction in life. We will use a range of practices such as meditation, breathing exercises, basic yoga and energy exercises and combine these with climbing moves, archery and other balance activities here at ACE. You will learn mental skills to manage fear and anxiety, visualise goals, and maintain concentration through a moving meditation on our wall. Our experienced coach will guide you through basic and more advance techniques. The course is suitable for all levels and abilities. You don’t need to be a climber as the idea of a traversing wall is you climb along, not up, so no ropes or harnesses are needed. This frees up movement making this a perfect combination of activities.
