Activate Your Life Force | Coasteering | Full day
Enjoy a Yoga and Coasteering day at the stunning coastal trails near Ballantrae, South Ayrshire. Open to all levels.
Led by inspirational Yoga, Wellbeing and Intuitive coach Heather Gweneth Bird, the day starts with an uplifting shore-side yoga practice using breath, movement and meditative techniques to wake up our physiology and prepare for the rugged and enlivening waters of the Atlantic Ocean.
Feel your awakening life force with an uplifting yoga practice with the sounds of the rugged Atlantic ocean in the background. After a healthy lunch, connect more deeply with the ocean by taking to the water and enjoying a challenge of a different kind. The activity is followed up with a guided relaxation with the sounds of nature all around us. Flow, embodying exercise, healthy food and challenge all contribute to keeping your life force activated.

- A healthy lunch (within shore-side tipi)
- Guided relaxation and Yoga practice
- Interactive coaching workshop to emphasise ‘take home experience’
- Guided Coasteering session
- Fitted Wetsuit/Buoyancy aid/Helmet

The Yoga and Relaxation session will be led by Heather Gweneth Bird. The Coasteering activity will be led by Chris Saunders, experienced watersports instructor and pioneer of Coasteering in the South West Scotland.
