Our ‘Holistic Adventure’ series continues with a shore side Yoga and Stand Up Paddleboarding day. Led by inspirational Yoga, Wellbeing and intuitive coach Heather Gweneth Bird and local SUP guru Chris Saunders.
Activate Your Life Force is a series of Yoga and adventure days happening throughout the year. These days will be based in and around the world renowned Galloway and Southern Ayrshire Biosphere of which we live in.
The day begins with a uplifting shore-side Yoga practice which is open to all levels, using breath, movement and techniques to wake up core strength and prepare to connect with the deeply enlivening movements of the water. Weather permitting, the venue may change where an idyllic inland loch will be chosen to ensure tranquillity and connection with nature.
The SUP session will be led by our highly experienced instructor Chris Saunders who will pitch the activity to suit all levels. You will come away with a great sense of achievement and deeper understanding of the effects water and adventure have on your life force.
A healthy lunch is provided which is followed by a guided relaxation with the sounds of nature surrounding which ensures a journey inward once again. In the afternoon, Heather will lead another gentle yoga flow, embodying the qualities of the elements of water by nurturing your supple, fluid musculature whilst stepping further into your flow.
The days starts to wind down with an interactive coaching workshop emphasising how the take home experiences of your adventure and yoga day can be applied to everyday life, keeping your creative life force activated!
